Hehehe! This is my second time I've drawn a BLACK MAGICIAN GIRL fanart from the Yugi-Oh! Duel Monsters. The first one is on my Card Duelist Sakura (refer on my gallery updates. )
It's actually on FLATS (W.I.P. and therefore not yet finish.). I'll submit the FULL VERSION some other time.

(Just in case you're wondering, I call her Black Magician Girl instead of Dark Magician Girl because I prefer the Jap. Version. )
Done in FLASH 8 for the lineart and flats. Finished in PS7.
