Hehehe. My third fanart of the TOUHOU series, Hong Meiling. It's been a while since I created a TOUHOU fanart. I think it was last year. Now I'll continue it within my time intervals. I'm thinking who's next to do. Well anyways, she's also one of my favorite TOUHOU series charas. Hope you like this one!
